Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at support@leafyshala.com.

Post Shipment:
Cancellation after the order has been shipped is currently not possible since the order is already handed over to our courier partner.

  • If you cancel an order already handed over to the courier company, they may still attempt delivery.
  • If a customer denies receiving a COD order during delivery, all their future COD orders will be canceled without further notice. Thereafter, the customer will only be able to place prepaid orders on our website.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Replacement Policy:
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for items that arrive in a damaged condition. Customers must provide a video recording of the parcel opening to raise a replacement request.

Return Policy:
